ecoplus. The Business Agency of the Province of Lower Austria, and subsequently ecoplus Digital GmbH, was directly commissioned by the Province of Lower Austria to set up and organize the virtual House of Digitization. The virtual house of digitalization is a web-based, interactive platform that pursues the following goals for Lower Austria as a business location:

• Increasing the transformation speed of Lower Austrian companies.
• Low-threshold access for companies to scientific institutions
• Strengthening and expanding interdisciplinary and international research
• Lead and demonstration projects across all topics
• Raising awareness among the population
• Converting possible fears into interest through information

In order to achieve these goals, it makes sense to establish a high level of networking between the various target groups in Lower Austria and to link them with international know-how.

The platform is owned by ecoplus Digital GmbH. The data may not be passed on without prior consent.

Each user agrees that the project-related content posted by him/her on this platform may be used for advertising purposes on the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter) for an unlimited period of time without any claim to a usage or license fee.

Each user is responsible for the content he posts on the platform.

This means in particular that each user is obliged to ensure that he holds all rights to content posted by him on the platform and that content posted by him does not infringe any rights of third parties.

The user shall compensate ecoplus Digital GmbH for any disadvantages resulting from claims being made against ecoplus Digital GmbH in connection with content posted by users on the platform. This shall also include the reimbursement of all costs arising from the examination and defense of such claims by ecoplus Digital GmbH.
